Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for all bookings at Karma Surf Camp.
1. Cancellation by You
- More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit (minus a small administration fee).
- 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund of the deposit.
* Note: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank.
2. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (such as flights).
3. Early Departures
No refunds will be given for early departures or unused services once your stay has commenced.
4. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your booking up to 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability and potential price adjustments.
